REFLECTION
An Eye-Opening Experience
My first in-office agency job was both educational and eye-opening, providing valuable insight into how design processes unfold in real-world settings. I gained hands-on experience in conducting research, developing wireframes, and user testing while collaborating with a talented team. The fast-paced environment taught me how to quickly adapt to new tools, evolving project scopes, and feedback, enhancing my flexibility. I also developed stronger communication skills, learning to manage client expectations and ensure alignment with project goals. This experience sharpened my attention to detail, improved my time management, and strengthened my ability to think creatively and solve problems under pressure. I want to give a big shoutout to my amazing team, the other interns, my deskmates (Akira, Betsy, Sandra) and my boss Dennis!
